What LSAW sizes and grades can you supply?
JCOE LSAW line pipe from OD 406 mm to 1422 mm, wall thickness 6.35–52.37 mm, to API 5L / ISO 3183 PSL1 and PSL2, in grades from Gr.B/L245 to X80/L555.
What is the minimum order for LSAW pipe?
30 tonnes, or one container for a trial order. Project quantities run from a few hundred tonnes upwards, and the rolling schedule is confirmed in the quotation.
Do you supply seamless and alloy pipe as well?
Yes. Seamless pipe to API 5L, ASTM A106, A53, A333, A335 P1–P92, A213, A312 and API 5CT is supplied alongside the LSAW range, so one order can combine several product families.
What inspection and documents come with the pipe?
11 × 100% in-process inspection in a CNAS-accredited laboratory, EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates with heat numbers, and third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TÜV on request.
How fast is a quotation?
A firm quotation is normally issued within one working day, usually within 24 hours of receiving the standard, grade, size, quantity and destination port.
